HOW LONG DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION LAST?

The subscription plan lasts for a minimum of 12 months and is month-to-month after that. You can cancel anytime after the 12 months have passed. If you cancel, you don't keep the site (otherwise everyone would just do that and we'd be out of business).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL AFTER THE 12 MONTH MINIMUM?

If you cancel after 12 months and wish to return, you'll need to restart with a new 12-month commitment. Your previous site design may require updates which could incur additional fees.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE LATE PAYMENTS?

We allow a 7-day grace period. After that, your site will be temporarily deactivated until payment is received. A $25 reactivation fee applies after 30 days of non-payment.

HOW LONG DOES WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT TAKE?

Standard websites take 4-6 weeks from initial briefing to launch. Complex projects with custom functionality may take 8-12 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline after our discovery session.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A BRAND IDENTITY PACKAGE?

Our full brand package includes: logo design (3 concepts), color palette, typography system, brand guidelines PDF, and social media branding kit. Optional add-ons include stationery design and packaging concepts.

DO YOU PROVIDE PRINT-READY FILES?

Yes! All final deliverables include print-ready PDFs (CMYK, 300dpi) and digital versions (RGB, web-optimized). We can also recommend trusted local printers in Eket.

HOW MANY POSTS DO YOU CREATE PER MONTH?

Our standard package includes 12-15 custom posts/month (mix of graphics, videos, and stories) plus daily engagement management. Content calendars are shared for approval 1 week in advance.
